Harris County 3-Share Plan
If you're a Harris County small business owner and haven't been able to provide health coverage for your employees, now there's help!
Through a newly introduced program sponsored by the Harris County Healthcare Alliance, your small business (fewer than 50 employees) may be eligible to participate in a low-cost program that provides health care services and rewards participating individuals for efforts to improve their health and/or manage chronic disease.
The TexHealth Harris County 3-Share Plan is designed for small business owners who have been unable to provide health coverage to their employees due to high premiums and administrative costs. The cost of the plan is split 3 ways between the employer, the employee and a community funded subsidy.
In addition to significant cost savings, TexHealth Harris County 3-Share Plans offer a full array of benefits, and an extensive provider network to ensure that your employees get the care they need when they need it most. The plans are designed to emphasize primary and preventive care and wellness but include a range of other basic services including hospitalization, specialty care and mental health.
